The doctor’s letter is an important part of your specialist language exam and your daily work in hospitals and specialist practices. However, writing doctor’s letters often takes a lot of time. Many doctors struggle to complete the doctor’s letter correctly within the exam’s time limit of 20 minutes. In our individual course, you will learn everything about the structure, content, and appropriate phrasing for doctor’s letters/discharge summaries, as well as how to create linguistically correct documentation. This way, you will be well prepared not only for the exam but also for your future professional work. Cancellation Policy
Private lessons/Simulations/Packages Private lessons The client may terminate the contract with a notice period of 3 business days before the start of the first lesson/simulation; later termination is excluded. The client is obliged to inform the deutschkurseonline management of any inability to attend the lesson no later than 14:00 on the day before the planned lesson/simulation. If the client cannot attend on a Monday, this notice must be given no later than 14:00 on the preceding Friday. If the appointment is not canceled or is canceled after this deadline, the lessons/simulations will be charged in full. The contract may be terminated with a notice period of 5 business days. Upon cancellation, the client may request a refund of course fees for lessons/simulations that were paid but not utilized. This also applies to sessions that would still take place after the expiration of the cancellation period. Group courses: Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of instruction is free of charge. For cancellations later than 2 weeks before the start, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the tuition fees for group courses. For cancellations 5 days before the start of instruction, 70% of the tuition fees are charged.
