This group course includes: Conducting and simulating linguistically correct medical histories in various veterinary fields (practices/animal clinics for pets/horses/birds/reptiles/livestock, etc.) with pet owners Creating linguistically correct documentation/veterinary letters The procedure for a linguistically correct colleague discussion in specialist language Grammar training at C1 level with direct relevance to veterinary medicine Veterinary specialist language – “patient language,” i.e., the language you use to communicate with pet owners Communication skills for practice and examination (handling different types of pet owner personalities, etc.) Communicating findings and informing about diagnosed illnesses Consultation conversations about diagnostics and therapies, advantages and disadvantages, as well as alternative treatment options Prognoses and discussion of fees By simulating these components with various veterinary cases, you will be specifically prepared for your professional everyday life and the potential Specialist Language Examination in Veterinary Medicine (currently only required in Baden-Württemberg). Benefit from our many years of experience! This is a group course that will only take place with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants. The next course start depends on registrations. The course takes place in online Zoom meetings three times a week at fixed times, each session lasting two teaching units (UE), and comprises a total of 60 teaching units (each 40 minutes). The course duration is 10 weeks in total.
Cancellation Policy
Private lessons/Simulations/Packages Private lessons The client may terminate the contract with a notice period of 3 business days before the start of the first lesson/simulation; later termination is excluded. The client is obliged to inform the deutschkurseonline management of any inability to attend the lesson no later than 14:00 on the day before the planned lesson/simulation. If the client cannot attend on a Monday, this notice must be given no later than 14:00 on the preceding Friday. If the appointment is not canceled or is canceled after this deadline, the lessons/simulations will be charged in full. The contract may be terminated with a notice period of 5 business days. Upon cancellation, the client may request a refund of course fees for lessons/simulations that were paid but not utilized. This also applies to sessions that would still take place after the expiration of the cancellation period. Group courses: Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of instruction is free of charge. For cancellations later than 2 weeks before the start, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the tuition fees for group courses. For cancellations 5 days before the start of instruction, 70% of the tuition fees are charged.
