Service Description
You decide what you want to work on: Linguistically correct medical histories (anamneses) Creating linguistically accurate documentation / veterinary letters Conducting a linguistically correct colleague conversation in specialist language Grammar training at C1 level with direct relevance to veterinary medicine Veterinary specialist language – “patient language,” meaning the way you communicate with pet owners Communication skills for practice and exam situations (handling different types of pet owner personalities, etc.) Communicating findings and informing about diagnosed diseases Consultation conversations about diagnostics and therapies, including advantages, disadvantages, and alternative treatment options Prognoses and discussing fees Documentation in the veterinary practice Benefit from our many years of experience! This is individual instruction that you can start at any time. Course appointments can be scheduled flexibly on short notice. Each teaching unit lasts 45 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
Private lessons/Simulations/Packages Private lessons The client may terminate the contract with a notice period of 3 business days before the start of the first lesson/simulation; later termination is excluded. The client is obliged to inform the deutschkurseonline management of any inability to attend the lesson no later than 14:00 on the day before the planned lesson/simulation. If the client cannot attend on a Monday, this notice must be given no later than 14:00 on the preceding Friday. If the appointment is not canceled or is canceled after this deadline, the lessons/simulations will be charged in full. The contract may be terminated with a notice period of 5 business days. Upon cancellation, the client may request a refund of course fees for lessons/simulations that were paid but not utilized. This also applies to sessions that would still take place after the expiration of the cancellation period. Group courses: Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of instruction is free of charge. For cancellations later than 2 weeks before the start, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the tuition fees for group courses. For cancellations 5 days before the start of instruction, 70% of the tuition fees are charged.
