Cancellation Policy

Private lessons/Simulations/Packages Private lessons The client may terminate the contract with a notice period of 3 business days before the start of the first lesson/simulation; later termination is excluded. The client is obliged to inform the deutschkurseonline management of any inability to attend the lesson no later than 14:00 on the day before the planned lesson/simulation. If the client cannot attend on a Monday, this notice must be given no later than 14:00 on the preceding Friday. If the appointment is not canceled or is canceled after this deadline, the lessons/simulations will be charged in full. The contract may be terminated with a notice period of 5 business days. Upon cancellation, the client may request a refund of course fees for lessons/simulations that were paid but not utilized. This also applies to sessions that would still take place after the expiration of the cancellation period. Group courses: Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of instruction is free of charge. For cancellations later than 2 weeks before the start, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the tuition fees for group courses. For cancellations 5 days before the start of instruction, 70% of the tuition fees are charged.
