Service Description
4½-Week Course, Twice Weekly, 1.5 Hours per Session, Small Groups on Teams THE NEXT COURSE BEGINS ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2025, AT 6:30 PM. In this online course, we specifically prepare you for the Specialist Language Examination (FSP). Through our modules — medical history (anamnesis), patient consultation, documentation/doctor’s letter, and case presentation/doctor-to-doctor conversation — you will learn exactly what is expected in each exam section. We practice using authentic cases from various specialist language exams. With the group size limited to a maximum of 6 participants, we can tailor the course to your individual needs and provide optimal preparation for everyone. Course Content: You will receive: 18 teaching units (each 45 minutes) via online meetings All course materials included Training in anamnesis Training in patient consultation Training in case presentation / doctor-to-doctor conversation Training in documentation / doctor’s letter Grammar exercises at C1 level, precisely tailored to the FSP All learning and practice materials will, of course, be provided free of charge. ⚠️ Please note: The course will only take place if at least 4 participants register. Cancellation Policy
Private lessons/Simulations/Packages Private lessons The client may terminate the contract with a notice period of 3 business days before the start of the first lesson/simulation; later termination is excluded. The client is obliged to inform the deutschkurseonline management of any inability to attend the lesson no later than 14:00 on the day before the planned lesson/simulation. If the client cannot attend on a Monday, this notice must be given no later than 14:00 on the preceding Friday. If the appointment is not canceled or is canceled after this deadline, the lessons/simulations will be charged in full. The contract may be terminated with a notice period of 5 business days. Upon cancellation, the client may request a refund of course fees for lessons/simulations that were paid but not utilized. This also applies to sessions that would still take place after the expiration of the cancellation period. Group courses: Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of instruction is free of charge. For cancellations later than 2 weeks before the start, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the tuition fees for group courses. For cancellations 5 days before the start of instruction, 70% of the tuition fees are charged.
